Munder Difflin PRO

Your agents, run like a company.

PRO is the professional workspace for the agents you already run. The orchestrator gets his own screen, every agent says what it is doing in words, work moves on a board, one inbox holds what needs you, and the Stapler floats over every app. This page is all of it, and the quest map of what comes next.

One machine at a time, every floor on it. Switch back to Classic from the titlebar any time.

The workspace

One orchestrator, with a screen of his own.

The sidebar is the office: tasks, inbox, automations, memory, capabilities, then every agent with a live dot. The orchestrator runs the others, and his screen shows everything he decides.

  • Six tabs: his terminal, his messages, the routing log of who he sent what, budget and breaker, the board, and his configuration.
  • Spend against a cap. Set a cap in dollars, a default token cap per agent, or a cap for one agent. The breaker stops a runaway loop.
  • Deliveries paused holds every agent's queue with one click, when you need the floor to stop and listen.
  • Keys for the whole desk: ⌘ \ sidebar, ⌘ , settings, ⌘ . the agent's details, ⌘ I open in your IDE.
Agents and agent rooms

Every agent says what it is doing, in words.

A card per agent with its status, its ticket, its latest update in its own words, its context and its spend. Open one and you are in its room: the conversation on one side, its live terminal on the other.

  • Status you can read: Working, Thinking, Needs you, Waiting, Compacting, Looping, Idle.
  • Send or steer. Send queues your message until the agent is free, and you can reorder, edit or send it now. Steer lands on its next turn.
  • Hands on the wheel: pause tools, stop after this step, or hold a 1:1 so the orchestrator sends it nothing while you talk.
  • Drop in files and screenshots, or hold ⌥ and speak. Change its engine, model, role or token cap right in the room.
  • Add a ticket from an idle card writes the ticket and tells the agent in one move.
Tasks

Work as cards, moving on their own.

Every piece of work is a card with an owner, a column and an id like bmt-12. Agents move their own cards. Done cards leave the board on their own.

  • Board, list or cards, and the view you pick is remembered.
  • Drag a card, or move it with the arrow keys. Your moves are staged, then one Send hands all of them to the orchestrator.
  • Stale cards say so, and a card that asks you something wears a chip until you answer.
Inbox

One inbox for what needs you.

Questions waiting on you come first. Then a row per agent, every message they send each other, and what came in from outside.

  • Ask me collects every question an agent is blocked on. A bell appears only when one is waiting, and you answer it without leaving the room you are in.
  • Everyone is the whole floor talking, routed by the orchestrator, searchable.
  • Outside holds Slack threads and webhooks, with Approve and Reject on anything held.
Automations

The floor keeps working while you are away from the keyboard.

Missions on a schedule, context rules and webhooks, in one list. Each one starts the moment you switch it on.

  • Schedules: a morning triage at 9, a Friday summary at 5, anything you would otherwise remember to ask for.
  • Context rules every agent reads before it starts, like your house style.
  • Webhooks bring outside events in, with the recent ones listed and held ones waiting for your yes.
  • No save button. Text saves when you leave the field, switches save at once.
Memory

Ask the floor what it knows.

Everything your agents learn becomes a graph of agents, tickets and notes, on your machine. Search it by the exact words or by meaning.

  • Two searches, labelled: exact matches, and by meaning.
  • Answers in three shapes: the tickets, the agents who worked on it, and their notes.
  • Send the results to an agent with a prompt, so the next job starts from what the floor already knows.
Capabilities and Temps

Give an agent a job description in one click.

Skills, connections and MCP servers, granted per agent. Or pick one of eleven role bundles and the agent is set up in a single write.

  • A marketplace of skills, installed with one click, and a Who has what view for the whole floor.
  • Keys stay sealed. A saved key is never shown again; you can only replace it.
  • Temps: hire an agent for one job. It leaves a row behind: the job, how long it ran, the tokens it used, and any worktree it kept because it holds unmerged work.
The Stapler

A creature that floats over every app.

Click it and the ring opens. Everything it catches goes to your orchestrator, or to the agent you pick.

  • Screenshot: drag a region, add a note, send. The region is remembered, and up to eight shots go in one send.
  • Record a meeting, both sides: the transcript says You and Them, one folder per meeting, searchable and editable.
  • Record a message: speak, read the transcript back, then send it.
  • Dictate into any app: hold the key, speak, release, and the text is typed where your cursor is.
  • Make invisible: it drops out of screen shares and recordings, and does so on its own while it records.

Recordings are deleted 24 hours after they are transcribed. Speech is transcribed by a local model, or by Groq when you add your own key.

Last week of the launch offer Ends 10 October
    $12.50a month

    $200 Launch offer $150 for 365 days

    or $20 for 30 days

One machine at a time, every floor on it. Adjusted for purchasing power in different countries, as low as $100 for 365 days.

Can I go back to Classic?

Yes. The titlebar switch moves between Classic and PRO any time, and nothing on your floor changes when you do.

Does PRO run my agents in the cloud?

Not today. Your agents run on your machine, on your own subscriptions. Sandboxes, on the quest map, are the step that adds machines we host.

    How many machines?

One machine at a time. One licence covers every floor on that machine.

    Will Sandboxes cost extra?

They run on machines we host, so their price is announced when they ship. Team Brain comes with Teams.
